Are all the programs dubbed or subtitled in languages other than Chinese?

Yes, our programs are currently available in Cantonese with most programs subtitled in English as well. Mandarin will be available shortly, and Vietnamese is planned for the near future as well.

How much does it usually cost?

For $11.99 a month, subscribers can instantly watch movies & TV episodes online on your PC, Mac, or iOS device. You can watch as often as you want, anytime you want!

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees although there are no refunds for partial month's subscription.

Can I watch your programs directly on my TV?

For now, our service is accessible mainly through web browsers with Adobe Flash Player. However, we're planning to bring our service to the iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad in the near future.

Can I instantly watch TV episodes / movies via my Wii, PS3, or Xbox 360 right on my TV?

There are very preliminary plans for console streaming through PS3, XBOX and Wii. Please stay tuned for future announcements.

You must have a computer running Windows or Mac OS X and an active broadband connection to the Internet.

We make the highest quality available to you. In most cases, it will be 480p. Occasionally, we will have High Definition 720p or 1080p.

Is this site free?

I plan to be on vacation for awhile. Can I stop or hold my subscription for a period of time?
